GeoBlue OXYBlast is a highly effective, non-hazardous sludge conditioner designed for waste treatment and sewage treatment plants (STP). It excels in removing odors, improving sludge sedimentation, and enhancing both aerobic and anaerobic bioculture. By increasing the oxygen level in the aeration tank, GeoBlue OXYBlast helps detoxify harmful gases such as ammonia, nitrates, and H2S, resulting in improved bacterial growth that degrades sludge and reduces its level.
When added to the collection tank, GeoBlue OXYBlast breaks down hardened sludge, converting it into Mixed Liquid Suspended Solids (MLSS). In the aeration tank, it promotes the rise of sludge to the top, where it can then be settled. With a retention time of 3-4 hours in the settling tank, the water can then proceed to filtration and disinfection for safe reuse.
